Ansel OrR: Chief executive officer

Mr. Orr is a proven leader and project manager of complex subsea construction, well intervention, and industry-first decommissioning projects in the Oil & Gas service sector with Oceaneering International Inc.

In 2009, he assisted a CEO in a start-up, within a mentorship program, in researching potential competitors and in drafting a business plan for a follow-on product to a company-owned Hydrogen-fuel cell patent designed for the automotive industry. After graduating from Amherst College, he pursued a technical offshore role as a Sr. Pilot and Technician of subsea Remotely Operated Vehicles before transitioning into project management. Upon completion of a Masters of Business Administration at Rice University, focusing coursework on strategy, entrepreneurship, and marketing (while continuing to work at Oceaneering), he then pivoted into a Product Manager role where he is responsible for defining and executing Oceaneering’s IMR, Installation, and Diving portfolio and services strategy globally.

As a co-founder at Stealth Armor Labs, it is Ansel’s strong background in project management, finance, and strategy that seeks to propel Stealth’s R&D data and results into commercialized military and non-military business solutions.
